Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the images.
Additionally featured in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend labelling different sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
