Relatives of a young boy who sustained critical injuries after being thrown from the tenth level of the museum have revealed their "courageous fighter" has accomplished his objective of being able to swim, run, and jump again.

The French boy was six years old when he was pushed off a balcony by a adolescent, then 17.

The child, who was vacationing with the parents in 2019 when attacked, endured a 98-foot plunge but experienced permanent harm, including a brain hemorrhage and shattered bones.

His family said in an update on a donation platform, they were happy that he had been able to improve with his running, jumping and swimming before his next operation.

"He doesn't do it similar to other children his age, certainly, but we are unable to describe his actions in different terms than by calling it's swimming, running, and jumping."

"It's different, just for a short distance or a very small height, but it's an incredible accomplishment."

The boy, who passed a long time in intensive care, has kept to gain cognitive endurance.

Parents said although his recollection capacity were still very limited, they were functional and advancing, so he was "acquiring a common awareness at his speed, which increasingly permits him to be involved with kids."

'Mission Accomplished'

They added: "He's also maturing, and thanks to his therapy with the physical therapist, he now enables himself to rest."

"Following several progressive preparation efforts, they finally achieved their 150-minute trip. They came back weary but thrilled. Objective met."

After a trial at the Old Bailey, the adolescent was convicted of trying to kill and was jailed in 2020 for no less than fifteen years.
